Privacy

Sivuno Retrospectives is an anonymous retrospective tool. There are no user accounts: access to a retro is controlled entirely by its link and join code, so share them only with your team.

Anonymity. Cards are anonymous to other participants. The server never reveals who wrote a card to anyone but its author, and exports contain no author information.

Retention. Retros are deleted automatically 90 days after their last activity: cards, votes, action items, and participant records included. Use the export before then if you want to keep the results.

What we collect. Only what you type into a retro, plus the operational minimum to run a public service (IP addresses are used for rate limiting and are not linked to retro content). No analytics trackers, no advertising, no sale of data.
